DAIKIN launched a unique cashback campaign, geared towards two major targets – consumers and product installers, aimed at promoting their innovative heat pump systems.
With cashback values from €250 to €1,500, the campaign saw over 5,000 claims, engaging two unique audiences and ramping up visibility and sales growth in a big way.
We kicked things off with B2C pre-registration, where consumers signed up, picked their install dates, and set themselves up for cashback eligibility. Once installed, they simply submitted their registration, proof, and serial number for an easy cashback claim. On the B2B side, we rolled out a process just for installers, letting them claim cashback seamlessly and boosting the campaign’s reach.
Our team oversaw the whole process from start to finish – handling everything from concept to final delivery. We built a custom strategy, designed and programmed the landing page, set up pre-registration, managed all submissions, verified claims, and processed payouts. Plus, we covered customer service and reporting, making sure everyone had a smooth experience.
