Client: Decivisual

A clear way forward

Bringing a customer-centric user interface to project planning

Project planning tool branding and development

We were tasked to develop the UX/UI of a project planning tool and branding for our client Decivisual. They wanted to update their current project planning tool to make it more intuitive, aesthetically pleasing and minimalistic to use.

If in doubt, keep it simple

A known rule of thumb for UX/UI is “more options, more problems” like Scott Belsky once said. Something we made sure to keep in mind since the client wanted to minimize the complexity of their tool in simplistic design.

Uncomplicated, intuitive design

We started by exploring their vision/mission to learn their goals. During this process, we also helped them decide on their new name – “Decivisual”. We consulted on their brand positioning to see how they already stood out, and how they could further develop their unique selling points.

Based on this, we then produced wireframes, task flows, and the final product low-fi prototype design for their project tool, as well as a style guide for their future developments and team to use as guidance.

This means that Decivisual will vastly improve its user experience through having a cleaner, more user-friendly design. Additionally, as a whole Decivisual will have a clear brand identity going forward.

Similar but different.
