And it’s improving customer experience and employee productivity. 



Forrester Consulting research, conducted on behalf of Meta, shows that it takes less than an hour to orient 93% of manufacturing employees in MR, while also making learning more realistic – boosting engagement and knowledge. And most business leaders report high satisfaction with how the technology is enhancing learning and development programs – 74% say it will play a bigger role in future learning and development efforts.
