Nationwide rollout of Microsoft's MISX furniture concept
Channel Marketing
Microsoft needed a more efficient and more attractive way to present its own devices and third-party products at retail, in order to increase sales at the point of sale. That challenge led to the MISX furniture concept. MISX is a premium shopping experience in which first- and third-party products are merchandised in a clean, concise, best-in-class way, with a lighter, more premium look. It is built to: - Attract customer attention and increase dwell time and product engagement - Showcase seasonal product updates and sales strategies - Adapt to different floorplate configurations - Give retail staff storytelling moments and 1:1 interaction with customers MISX fixtures are designed as a modular 'kit of parts', giving us the flexibility to configure them within any floor space provided by Microsoft's retail partners.
Our rollout team installs the MISX tables in the store areas defined jointly by Microsoft and MSD. Once the furniture is in place, we mount and secure the devices specified in the planogram so customers can experience the features and the hardware directly in store, then add the designated assets and accessories.
When a space is complete, we share a detailed report with Microsoft. The most important locations are staffed by promoters who also help install the space.
Throughout the rollout, we stay in close consultation with Microsoft and its retail partners, supporting technical questions and on-site implementation.
We have supported Microsoft's POS rollouts for more than 12 years, giving us direct, hands-on experience with the technical and logistical detail this work requires.
Rolling, rolling, rolling For the last 12 years, we've supported Microsoft in planning and implementing the rollout of new furniture concepts, giving us deep, practical experience in rollout and technical support on the retail floor.
