The goal of our efforts was to deliver all the features and innovative technology that gamers associate with Turtle Beach to press and gaming enthusiasts.

 

We delivered a brand-driven ‘by players – for players’ approach in all marketing communication across multiple channels – covering all phases of the customer journey.

For Turtle Beach, MSM.digital is orchestrating the communication across the whole customer journey in major markets in Europe such as Italy, Spain, France, UK, and Germany.

 

We are raising brand awareness and product demand by utilizing PR and social media activities, influencer relations, esport activations, local event marketing, and consumer show execution. We are also in charge of the European website-blogs to provide relevant local content to the community.

 

At the point-of-sale, customers attention is drawn to POS displays that are designed and built by our channel marketing unit. Detailed product information and automated product comparisons offer potential buyers a perfectly customized shopping experience.
