Using digital signage to entertain customers

Every year, SEA LIFE welcomes over 20 million visitors exploring their incredible underwater worlds. As many visitors and families come to explore the SEA LIFE underwater world, a high visitor frequency peak may arise causing waiting lines.

 

For this, SEA LIFE needed an outdoor digital signage solution that could reduce the waiting time in the queue and furthermore entertain customers by showing interesting content, quizzes, relevant information, and special offers.

 

With our digital signage technolgy ‘skreeens’, SEA LIFE now has easy control over its content shown in the customer queue. The content can be adapted in the backend of the CMS and is then being distributed to the outdoor terminals. If needed, they can also rely on quick support from MSM.digital.

After the ‘Skreeens’ system was installed we could reduce the general waiting time and increase the number of customers taking advantage of our special offers as relevant information can now already be displayed while waiting in line.
